These General Terms and Conditions expressly govern all transactions carried out on www.slowers.es, domain registered by María Ripollés Milián, NIF: 18996651-P, C/ Corachar nº 19, Morella, Castellón, Post Code 12300, Spain.

Access to and use of www.slowers.es is regulated by the present conditions of use and sales.

In accessing and using this Website, and in purchasing articles on www.slowers.es you are deemed to have read, understood and agreed to the present General Terms and Conditions.

Slowers may change or update all or part of the present General Terms and Conditions, taking into account any possible changes to legislation or regulations currently in force. Each new version of the General Terms and Conditions will take effect from the date it is published on www.slowers.es.

As a customer, you are solely and exclusively responsible for the use you make of slowers.es and its content, and Slowers cannot be considered responsible for any use of the Website or its content by any of its users that does not comply with current legislation or regulations. You are solely and exclusively responsible for providing any information or data that is incorrect, false, or refers to third parties (in the case that they have not granted consent for their use), and for the incorrect use of this information or data.

If we observe any illegal activity on the Website, or any violation of these General Terms and Conditions, we reserve the right to refuse access to this Website or any part of it, without prior notice.

 

USER OBLIGATIONS

 
In general, you must be diligent in using the Store, acquiring the Products and using the services provided by slowers.es, in accordance with the legislation and the provisions set out in these General Terms and Conditions; likewise, you must refrain from using them in any way that might impede, damage or impair the normal operations and enjoyment of the Store by other Users, or that may harm or cause damage to the assets and rights of Slowers, its suppliers, Users or in general, of any third party.

 
PRODUCTS AND PRICES

 
Slowers offers its products for sale through www.slowers.es to end consumers only. The end consumer is understood to be any individual who purchases from slowers.es for purposes that do not include business, commercial or professional activities.

Slowers reserves the right to decide, at any time, the Products that it offers through the Store. Specifically, at any time, Slowers may add new Products to its existing offer in the Store, with the understanding that unless otherwise stipulated, these new Products will be governed by the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions. Likewise, Slowers reserves the right to cease to provide or facilitate access to or use of, at any time and without prior notice, any of the Product categories it offers in the Store.

 
The Products included on slowers.es will correspond to the actual Products offered as closely as web visualisation technology allows. The Products’ characteristics and prices are displayed in the Store.

The prices given on this Website for European Union countries include the current Value Added Tax rate, where applicable; you will therefore not be faced with any additional charges.

The prices given on this Website for countries outside the European Union do not include Value Added Tax. On receipt of your order, you will have to pay the requisite taxes and customs duties for your country. Your country’s customs office will be able to provide you with detailed information about these charges. If you decide to return the purchase you have made in slowers.es once the order has arrived, you will be liable to pay the original delivery costs, any tax or customs duties, and the cost of sending the order back to our offices. This amount will be deducted from the total amount we refund for your order. We are obliged by law to state the exact value of the contents of packages sent and we cannot modify this amount under any circumstances.

 

PROCEDURE AND METHOD OF PAYMENT FOR PRODUCTS

 
To make a purchase, you must add the products you wish to buy to the “shopping basket” and follow the stages indicated on the Website. To enter into a sales contract with slowers.es you must fill in the electronic order form available on the website and follow all the stages to send it to us. The order form provides access to the General Terms and Conditions, right to cancel, privacy policy, price and description of the selected products, delivery options and charges. The contract with slowers.es is closed when we receive the electronic order form and check that all the data is valid. Before sending your order, you are asked to read the General Terms and Conditions, and you have the opportunity to change any information that is not correct.

Users who purchase a product through the Store must make their payments using the methods of payment specified in the Store.

Slowers will send you an automatic email to confirm your purchase. This email will contain a purchase reference code, and will provide a description of the Product, its price, and delivery charges.

The order confirmation Slowers sends you is simply proof of purchase, not a valid invoice. Slowers will send you the corresponding invoice together with the Product.

Slowers may refrain from processing orders that have no guarantee of solvency, that are incomplete, or in cases where the Products are not available. In any of these circumstances, Slowers will inform you by e-mail that the contract has not been processed, and will explain why this has not been possible.

By sending the order form, you accept the General Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Policy, right to cancel and all other content of slowers.es.

 

RIGHT TO CANCEL

 
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with your order, or if the order is simply the wrong size, you have the right to cancel within a period of 10 working days from the date you receive the order.

To return an order, you must write to returns@slowers.es within this 10 working-day period.

Right to cancel is subject to the following conditions:

ñ  You must contact returns@slowers.es  to obtain a Returns form and inform us of the articles you wish to return.

ñ  Products must be returned intact; they must not be used or damaged.

ñ  Returned products must include the correctly completed Returns Form.

ñ  Products must be returned in their original packaging.

ñ  Products from the same order must be returned together in the same delivery; under no circumstances do we accept returned articles from the same order in separate deliveries.

All these conditions must be met for a refund to be processed.

If the returned articles do not comply with these conditions and the refund is not accepted, Slowers will offer to return you the articles that were not accepted for a refund. You will be liable for all the expenses incurred in returning these articles to you, including transport, taxes or customs duties. If you do not agree to this option, Slowers may keep the articles and the amount you have paid for them.

When Slowers verifies that all the above-mentioned conditions have been met, we will send you an e-mail informing you that the refund has been accepted. The refund for the value of the purchase will be made in a period of 30 working days from the date of this e-mail. Delivery charges will not be refunded in any circumstances.

Refunds for articles that are properly returned and undamaged will be made to the same credit card that was used to place the order, including VAT, but excluding delivery charges. Delivery charges will only be refunded when the reason for the refund is attributed to Slowers, for example if the article is not what you ordered, or is faulty. Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used to purchase the product.

HOME DELIVERY SERVICE

 
Slowers.es sells its products across the globe. Products bought through slowers.es will be sent to the delivery address you specify once payment has been verified, in a maximum delivery period of thirty (30) days established by default by law.

 

Slowers uses recognised reliable courier services to deliver its orders. Orders will not be sent to P.O. boxes, hotels, or other non-permanent addresses.

 
Delivery costs are not included in the Product price. On acquiring the Product, you will be informed of the exact delivery charge, depending on the destination country.

 

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY
