In Slowers we believe in a sustainable economic and social model that respects people and the environment.

We believe that growth can not go on for ever, the throwaway approach doesn't work, and nor does tiring of clothes after wearing them only a few times.

So our shoes do not follow fashion: they never go out of fashion.

We appreciate the effort behind each new object and that's why we work with designs that last for several seasons. Because if they are lovely on the first day, they will still be lovely in two and even five years’time.

Our shoes are for every day, easy to match with your wardrobe, comfortable and multi-purpose; in sum, what we understand by a slow shoe

We like durable things, designed from the heart and made with love and respect. We like to bring the slow concept to each pair of our shoes, to transmit the philosophy that less is more, where life is savored at a leisurely pace and where once again we appreciate the pleasure of the little things.

This is the process of creating our Slowers.

In Slowers we respect the environment (we use certified organic textiles), we respect animals (we do not use any products derived from animals), and we respect people (our shoes are made in a family workshops in Spain).

We think this should be the normal way of working, not the exception. We don´t understand any other way of doing things.
