Dear customer, below we explain how you should make the return and exchange process.

EXCHANGE

To make an exchange for a different size or for another garment you must make a new order and return the products following the instructions that appear below.

RETURNS

1-. Enter your customer account and search the order in "order history"

2-. Select your order from the list and click on "See details".

3-. Slide your screen down and the details of your order will appear. Select the products you want to return, indicate in a small comment what is the reason and click on "Make an RMA return". *

4-. Once arrived at this point, everything is our matter, in a short period of time you will receive news.
